Thank you for registering for the July 2018 EMT-B class.  Once you registered you received an e-mail directing you to this student page.  On this page you can review the course schedule, GPA, rotations, skills status, attendance record and more.  This student page is the main form of communication between the students and EMTS.

It is important to review this page often for updates prior to the course start date as well as during the course.  Many internet servers/computers have a memory to store pages you view often.  Whenever you view your student page it is important to always press the "reload/refresh" button at the top of your internet server menu bar.  This will force your computer to revisit the student page and look for the most current updates and changes.

bullet

Attached to your registration confirmation e-mail was  the - THE HUMAN BODY outline.  Your main focus prior to the class starting will be to study and review this packet.  This is the same outline we will use during the A&P lectures in class.  The more attention given to the packet prior to the start of the class the more involved you will be during these lectures.  If while reviewing the outline you have questions feel free to contact the school.  Also refer to the class schedule Pre-Course Assignments and watch Inside the Human Body (90min) and Autopsy (60min) videos.

bullet

On the first night of class we will review chapters 1 and 2.  Outlines are available to students using the links on the schedule. It is advisable to print the outlines and bring to class.  Bring the following outlines - *EMS Medical Director
Intro to EMS   - Roles and Responsibility   - Well Being

bullet

Refer to the Pre-Course Assignments on the class schedule.  You must review the video covering program policies and procedures.  Also provided is a video to explain the forms that will be collected on the first class session.  These forms are the same ones provided in your registration e-mail confirmation.
